Refund Policy

Effective October 17, 2026

We want you to be happy with Guitar Lens. If you're not, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Website purchases

• Lifetime: full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase.
• Yearly: full refund if requested within 14 days of a charge, including the first charge after your free trial and each yearly renewal.
• Your free trial is never charged if you cancel before it ends.

To request a refund, email support@guitarlens.com with the email address you used at checkout, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are issued by our reseller Paddle.com to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. When a refund is issued, the paid unlock ends.

iPhone app purchases

Purchases made in the iPhone app are processed by Apple. Request those refunds from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any refund rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
